Special Instructions

1.
Bring 5.5 gallons of water to a rolling boil (if your pot is not big enough, get as much water as possible in there - minimum 3 gallons).
2.
Turn off heat, add both cans of LME, mix well, bring back to a boil. Set a 60 minute timer.
3.
With 10 minutes left, add the first round of hops.
4.
When your timer goes off, add the "flameout" hops and cool the wort down to 25 celcius
5.
Ferment normally at 20-23C, on day 8 of fermentation, quickly pour in the 1 ounce of Nelson (dry hop)
6.
2 days later, transfer beer to bottling bucket and bottle it.
