Decided to use up an Amoretti Pineapple flavoring that I had on hand...seemed good for end of summer. Let primary fermentation go for five days, then added the flavoring (added to two cups boiling water), waited another five days and then added the dry hop addition. Transferred to keg and dry hopped for three days before chilling and carbonating.
