Mash 4 bottles (3l) water, grains, 1g amylase, at 65c for 60min, SG: 1.066
Grain bag totally full with .65kg grains.
Oats on bottom = bad.
Stir, check temp, every 10m.
Induction Stove, 60w = 65c
Drain bag, sparge 2 bottles (1.5 l), dissolve DME sugar
Pre-boil SG: 1.080
Too much wort in kettle. Next time add sugar and top up with water for final wort.
Nice boil 900w.
1/4tsp yeast nutrient.
Add water to 4.5l.
OG: 1.085
8/10, Refract SG: 1.085, brix 20.5
8/11, Refract SG: 1.040
8/12, Refract SG: 1.038, brix 9.4
8/13, Refract SG: 1.037, brix 9.2
