Special Instructions

1.
Put grains in at around 120, raised temp to 168 and took them out.
2.
Hops in bags, removed and squeezed after cooling
3.
Used wort chiller. Took about 10 minutes
4.
Voss pitched at about 74 degrees, and put in over at 79 degrees with light on. In the future, don't pour excess liquid out of vial. Too much yeast was stuck on the sides.
5.
Didn't get strong IPA smells, or even hop smells. Could be the bags.
