Special Instructions

1.
Draw 6.5 gallons and boil 60 minutes.
2.
Chill to 68F. Whirlpool and allow 15 minutes to settel before racking to fermenter
3.
After primary fermentation, rank onto pureed mango. In a separate muslin bag, add hibiscus and a couple of sanitized marbles for weight.
4.
Suspend bag from a string so it can be easily removed after three days. Ferment in secondary for three weeks.
5.
Cold crash at 45F for a couple of days.
