Notes:

All and all I didn't like this one, not sure what went wrong. It had an odd plastic like taste that just killed it. It looked good, had a nice head that holds on. Maybe this was just a bad combination of hops or the yeast was off. Could just be I don't like Centennial hops for bittering.
