Special Instructions

1.
Heat 5.8 gallons of Strike water to 159 degrees. Add grain for a target mash temp of 152.
2.
Sparge with 1 gallon of water heated to 175.
3.
Bring to a boil and follow hoping schedule.
4.
At 15 minutes to flame out, add whirlfloc.
5.
Add honey and brown sugar at flameout.
6.
At flame out, add orange peel and 1 oz cacade and whirlpool
