Special Instructions

Mash 155 degrees

90 minute boil.
3.
Whirlpool for 20 min at flame out
4.
Pitch cooled wort at 67?F (19?C) and allow temperature to rise naturally to 70?F (21?C).
5.
When fermentation is complete, dry hop in primary fermenter for five days.
6.
The hop selection wasn't by design. It was what was available at the time. The plan was to use all Mosaic hops except the 5oz of Citra dry hops.
