- Need to figure out a way to transfer wort from boil kettle to fermentation carboy. Too much sediment is being transferred along with wort. (Idea: use a turkey fryer basket to contain trub)- Problem: Mash tun heat loss. Solution: Insulate cooler with wool blankets and bungee cords- Problem: Wort chiller tubing too flimsy causing tube to pinch stopping flow of water.
