1.Mash all milled grain - strike temp @ 165 degrees F - Mash temp at 150 degrees F
2.Mash for 90 minutes, then sparge with 170 degree F water
3.Boil Mash for 60 minutes, and add hops at times listed above. Irish moss for 10 minutes
4.Chilled wort to 76 degrees F
5.Transferred wort to 7 gallon primary fermenter, pitched yeast and agitated wort
