Special Instructions

Mash all milled grain - strike temp @ 165 degrees F - Mash temp at 150 degrees F

Mash for 90 minutes, then sparge with 170 degree F water
3.
Boil Mash for 60 minutes, and add hops at times listed above. Irish moss for 10 minutes
4.
Chilled wort to 76 degrees F
5.
Transferred wort to 7 gallon primary fermenter, pitched yeast and agitated wort
6.
Transferred to secondary fermenter after 7 days
7.
Transferred to 5 gallon keg after one week
8.
Chilled to 35 degrees F (one day)
9.
Forced carbonated
