This beer was made using "closet aged" Munton's mexican cerveza hopped extract and the left over hops, citrus peel, and yeast tucked away in the beer fridge. Since the extract is already hopped I'm not sure what the IBU's come out to be. I'm thinking this falls under a British Golden Ale since were using Munton's standard yeast from the kit and 3lbs DME
