Added 78C sparge water to 59C grainbed to hit 71C. 20 minute rest

Mar 20/20 2PM: 20.8C beer into FC set to 22C.

Mar 21/20 6pm: Set FC to 23.5C
7.
Mar 22/20 8am: Krausen mostly dropped. FC set to 23.5C to finish.
8.
Apr 4/20 11am: Took into cold basement on shelf to begin cooling.
9.
Apr 7/20 7am: Moved 13C carboy from basement into FC set to 5C.
10.
Apr 11/20: Bottling day! Added 5.33oz dextrose to 18L at 23.5C for 2.85Vol. 1g PEI sea salt.
