3.Chill to 64F
4.Diffuse pure O2 60 seconds
5.Pitch slurry from appropriate yeast starter
6.Set fermenter in fermentation chamber set to 64F
7.Held at 64F for 48 hours, then ramped 1F every 12 hours until 70F reached
8.Held at 70F for 10 days
9.Dry hop in primary in hop bag, last 4 days of primary
