Notes:
Aroma a lúpulo más bajo de lo esperado al igual que el sabor. La próxima debería ser de menos alcohólica. Tanto lúpulo sin medios para evitar el O2 hace complicada esta receta. Ciertos sabores a levadura y fenoles que confunden el sabor. Quizá debería haber estado un par de días más en el fermentador incluso haberlo subido a 19 grados. Menos carbonatación para la próxima, bajar a 1,9 Vol Co2
