1.
Adicionar 13g de lúpulo Magnum com 60 min de fervura.
2.
Adicionar Whirfloc com 15 min de fervura.
3.
Adicionar 15g de lúpulo Tradition com 10 min de fervura.
4.
Adicionar 10g de lúpulo Tradition com 0 min de fervura.
5.
Fermentação a 12°C por 7 dias.
6.
Na maturação, subir 2°C por dia até o 10° dia, manter a temperatura até o 12° dia.
7.
Adicionar a gelatina e fazer cold crash a 5°C por 3 dias.
8.
Priming com 6g de açúcar por litro final de cerveja.
