Yeast starter required

Chill wort to 65*F - pitch yeast, let it self rise to 82* F and hold for 5 days

When temp drops to 65*F (by day 7 ) rack off into secondary

Chill to 50*F for 7 weeks
6.
Pitch second yeast 3-5 days prior to bottling
7.
Prime with 2.1 oz corn sugar
8.
Bottle condition = 3 weeks
