Special Instructions

Steep speciality grains at 168F for 20 minutes

Add extract and corn syrup, bring to boil
3.
Add hops per schedule
4.
Add dried grapfruit peel for the last 5 minutes
5.
Add 2 packs of Cascade into the fermenter after 10 days.
6.
Add 4oz of grapefruit extract before kegging.
