First brew with InfusionMash Tun from SS Brewtech - something is off with my new scale so the grain bill is 13.1lbs, but I'm not sure which grain is over (padded the amount of 2-row, but not sure if that was the grain or not). As of 1/8 it's at 7.1% ABV
