Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Add grains to 3.5g of water and bring temp to 160F and steep for 20 minutes
2.
Remove grains and bring to a boil
3.
Once boiling, remove pot from heat and add Liquid Malt
4.
Bring wort back to a boil, boil time is 60 mins
5.
Add 2 oz of hops at the beginning of the boil
6.
Add 1 oz of hops and 1 tsp of Irish Moss with 15 minutes left in the boil
7.
Cool wort to 50-60F
8.
Pitch 2 packets of yeast and ferment for 4 weeks
