Attempt to clone First Magnitude's Ursa IPA. Talked to the some FM employees: the grain bill is 2-row pale, Crystal 45, and Munich, all Centennial hops, and standard american ale yeast. The beer has a great malty flavor and I have a vial lying around, so I'm using british ale yeast. Update: Needed to purchase pre-packaged hops for travel and centennial weren't available, so I swapped for amarillo.
