Steeped/BIAB mashed 2-row and crystal 60 in 1 gallon of distilled water between 148-158F for one hour. Heated 5 gallons of distilled water in separate kettle. Killed heat around 140F and mixed in extract till fully dissolved. After 1 hour, poured the wort from the grains in with the remainder of the wort and brought to a boil.
