Mash Steps

Special Instructions
1.Add 3.94 gal water at 172 degrees. Mash at 155 for 60 mins
2.Sparge with 4.26 gal at 168. Total runnings should be 6.6 gallons
3.Boil 60 mins with .25 oz warrior hops
4.At flame out, add .75 warrior and 1 oz mosaic
5.Add mixture of 2oz mosaic and 2oz galaxy for 20 mins after flame out (5 min increments)
6.Transfer to fermentor and pitch yeast
7.After 3 days, add 2oz mosaic and 2oz galaxy
8.Rack to secondary after 7 days. Dry hop with 2oz galaxy and 2 oz calypso
9.Cold crash for 3 days. Transfer to keg and carbonate.
