Special Instructions

Steep specialty grains at 170F for 20 minutes.

Add DME while bring wort up to a boil.
3.
Strain through mesh bag into fermenter, filtering out any debris.
4.
Ferment at 68F for 14 days.
5.
Dissolve corn sugar in 2 cups water and gently boil for 10 minutes; add resulting simple syrup to bottling bucket for bottling.
