Special Instructions

1.
Start with 8.4 gal distilled water
2.
Bring liquor temp up to 154 deg F
3.
Add half of grains and stir
4.
Add 5.0 grams of Gypsum, 9.7 grams of Calcium Chloride, 1.3 grams Pickling Lime
5.
Add rest of grains.
6.
Check PH after 10 mins at room temp. Pull liquid sample.
