Brewed 9/14-Water 75% RO, 25% A2 H2O-153F mash temp-5.20 sparge pH-5.40/1.083 1st runnings.-5.65/1.028 2nd runnings.-5.98/1.009 final runnings.-5.39/1.038 pre-boil.*Added 10mL phos (10%) during boil.1.052 O.G., 5.05 post-boil.KO'd@74F, Put in ferm chamber to get to 64-66F. Easy brew. Surprised to see some weird pH during the run-off. These larger batch sizes are a little tricky. [email protected]
