Water Profile: Ca 71, Mg 14, Na 0, Cl 47, SO4 166.
2.
For RO water: 4 g CaSO4, 2 g CaCl, 3 g MgSO4.

1 ml Lactic Acid to get target pH down to 5.4.
4.
Ferment @ 67F under 15 psi for 10 days.
5.
Dry hop 4 days @ 70F under 15 psi.
6.
Need 170B cells.
