Good mash temps, fairly stable, smooth brew day. It was very hot today, ground water temps are already around 80 so it took a while in the fermentation fridge to get the temp down to 66 for pitching. Wort is a beautiful light reddish gold, tasted great. Came in right on volume at 6.00 gallons and just under my gravity estimate at 1.056. I'll dry hop after fermentation is done.
