American IPA Recipe - HotHead IPA

It has crazy fruit flavors that I\u0027ve really loved in Biere de Garde recipes, but it\u0027s never been the real focus of a beer. I\u0027m pairing them with Citra just to up the fruit and round out those flavors a little. The goal for this one is to hop burst for maximum flavor/aroma. The grain bill is pretty simple, with just a little bit of maltiness to counteract the hops. I figure I might get to this one this summer, so I\u0027m using a heat-tolerant Norwegian ale strain that might add a little fruitiness of its own to the mix.
