Used 30L kettle and made a total of 8L (Total starting water 10L)OG 1.05Pitched 4g of yeastBottle conditioned some with elderflower syrup. NOT RECOMMENDED. Bottle explosion (1 4) on 24 Jul. Likely due to the mixed ingredients in the syrup (lemon juice) and perhaps inaccurate sugar amount.
