Notes:
Racked to secondary on March 10th, and it smelled gnarly (strong sulfur aroma) but reading online suggested this is to be expected w lager yeast

...fermentation temp was slightly higher than desired for this yeast, should either ferment in fridge, or earlier in the year when ambient temps remain lower

Tasted on March 23, and it turned out really good for my first BIAB and lager yeast\pilsner ... tasted clean and crisp

Didn't get gravity readings but i suspect the ABV was slightly lower than targeted, but overall super happy w the result and will def brew again
