Special Instructions

1.
Steep 0.5 lbs Grain in 2.5 gallons of water for 15 mins at 150-160 degrees
2.
Bring to a boil, then remove kettle from burner and stir in 2.3 lbs of LME until disolved
3.
Return wort to a boil
4.
Add 0.5 oz Saaz hops at the beginning of the boil (60 total mins of boil time)
5.
Add 0.5 oz Saaz hops with 30 mins left in the boil
6.
Add 0.5 tsp of Irish Moss to wort with 15 mins left in the boil
7.
After the 60 min boil, cool the wort to 60-70 degrees
8.
Transfer wort to fermenter and aerate the wort for a few minutes
9.
Pitch 3.5 grams of yeast in the wort
