BIAB, reduced mash volume to 4.5L, goldings is leaf not pellet, 2 sparge batches of 1.1L, added 5 times too much carrageenan, OG gravity 1.064 but short of 0.5L, topped up to 4.5L, new OG 1.051, FG 1.006, lots of floating clumps present which had to be filtered
