Boil DME "Wort A" 15 min. Add both Whirlfloc and wort-chiller at 15 min, and add HLME "Wort B" (1 gal. boiled water HLME) at flame out. Do NOT boil the HLME! This recipe entry is for calculation purposes only. Northern Brewer was entered as a wild guess as the sort of hops one might expect in a "Premium Canadian Style Beer" (Pilsner-Lager) kit, and to approximate the "EBUs" - btw 17 - 31. I have NO idea what kind of hops went into the HLME. And it won't matter since the hop bill of WORT A - Simcoe / Amarillo / Mosaic - will likely overpower the bittering hops (aka - the hops in the HLME).
