Boiled DME "Wort A" 15 min. to sanitize wort-chiller and added HLME "Wort B" at flame out. Did NOT boil the HLME! This recipe entry is for calculation purposes only. Northern Brewer was entered as a wild guess as the sort of hops one might expect in a "Premium Canadian Style Beer" (Pilsner-Lager) kit, and to approximate the "EBUs" - btw 17 - 31. I have NO idea what kind of hops went into the HLME. And it won't matter once combined with Wort A and its "Three C" hop bill (Columbus, Centennial, Cascade). Not to mention a Nice 4 - 5 day dry hop, also with the Three C's.
