Mash Steps

Add grains to bag steep in 1.5 gals water

Mash-Out
Decoction

Special Instructions

1.
Sparge grains with 2.0 gallons of 165 degree water

Remove grains
3.
Bring to Boil
4.
Remover from heat and stir in LME and DME. Return to boil
5.
Add 1ozFuggles for 60 minutes
6.
Add Styrian Celia at 20 minutes
7.
Add 1 oz East Kent Golding and Yeast Nutrient at 15 minutes
8.
Add whirl floc at 10 minutes
9.
Terminate boil in put in ice bath. Cool to 70 degrees
10.
Syphon into fermenter and agitate. add Yeast. Begin yeast starter 2 days prior.
11.
Leave in Primary for one week. Transfer to secondary
12.
After two weeks rack to bottling bucket. Add priming sugar , stir and bottle.
