#26 Dtown14 qts strike water at 165 degrees in preheated mash tun. Start temp 151 End temp 149. Add 4.75 gal cold water for sparge. 6 1/2 gal wort in kettle preboil gravity 1.044. Boil for 75 min. Add 1/2 oz Cluster hops 7.0 AA at 60 min. Add 1 oz saaz hops 2.8 AA and 1/3 oz saaz hops (3.2 AA) for 3.8AA at 5 min. Add 1 tsp irish moss at 5 min. Cool wort to 70.
