Special Instructions

1.
Mashed in at 152.6f at 9:40 am. Mashed in for 3 minutes by hand. Mashed for 60 minutes.
2.
Mashed out after 65 minutes. Started sparge and sparged for 25 minutes at 165f.
3.
63 minute boil with hop additions at 60min, 30min, and 5 minute to whirlpool for 10 minutes.
4.
Chilled with wort chiller for 35 minutes to 68f. Added air and yeast.
