Special Instructions
1.Bring 5.63 quarts of water up to 164 degrees and add grains for 60 min mash
2.Sparge grains with ~ 3 gallons of 170 degree water
3.Add DME and bring to boil
4.Follow hops schedule, add Irish moss at 15 min
5.After flameout, bring wort down to 85 degrees and top off with 1.25 gallons of cold water
6.Add yeast, take hydrometer reading, seal and shake
