Mash Steps

Saccharification Rest

Special Instructions

1.
Add Gypsum into the mash before dough in. (My water is soft.)
2.
Single Infusion Mash at 155 for an hour.
3.
Mashout to 170 for 10 Minutes.
4.
Add Irish moss last five minutes of boil
5.
Let flame-out hops steep for 10 minutes.
6.
Primary Fermentation at 68F.
7.
Rack to secondary and add the final oz of Cascade Hops 4 days before bottling.
