Special Instructions

1.
Sparge at 150 degrees Fahrenheit until OG drops to 1.035 and alcohol content drops to 3% or so
2.
Add hop tea at 175 degrees Fahrenheit after boiling remaining alcohol off or add hops for 8 and 2 minute additions while alcohol evaporates at 173 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes to reduce alcohol to 0.5% or less ideally
3.
Add yeast starter to bucket with wort before bottling
4.
Document flavour and ABV and adjust as desired

    Not sure if I should move the 15 minutes boil of hops to a 12 minute or similar hop tea/steep addition. Any suggestions?
