Special Instructions
1.Bring 5.65 quarts of water up to 169 degrees for partial mash
2.Add grains and cover for 60 min
3.Sparge grains with 2.5 gallons of 170 degree water
4.Add DME and bring to boil
5.Follow hops schedule and add Irish moss at 15 min and honey at 5 min
6.After flameout, lower temp of wort to 80 degrees before topping up with 1.5 gallons of cold water
7.Add yeast and keep at 69 degrees for 3 days before allowing to free rise
8.After 2-3 weeks (at FG), add Chamomile tea when moving to keg
9.Chamomile Tea = 0.7 oz tea steeped for 45 min in 2.5 cups water
