First runnings are 1.047. Mash and boil went according to plan.Chilled the wort to 105F and ran off half the volume into one fermenter for the Loki yeast. I checked the temperature right before pitching and it was 100F. About an hour later, I put the heat wrap on the fermenter and plugged it in.
