OG 1.057 FG 1.016 5.38%. Mashing with ~1.65 gallons of water. ~1/3 of a gallon is distilled, the rest is tap water treated with campden. Will sparge/rinse with about 1.5 gallons of water. ~1/2 of a gallon is distilled and the rest is campden-treated tap water. Mashed in a little hot, so I had to add a couple splashes of distilled water to get it down to between 153-154F.
