Boil time was an absolute bitch all day. Used the electric burner stove top in the kitchen...was not the best time wise. Better than standing outside and trying to get everything hot enough (super cold out today). Again, took forever to get to a rolling boil. Protein break didn't happen for hours. Started at 9AM (prep, etc.) finished at 9PM (pitch, clean up). Mashed for 90 minutes @ 152. Temp seemed to hold. Used brew365.com's mash water calculator and ended up over flowing my mash tun.
