First crack at brut ipa. Light on bittering. Lots of late hop. Dry.high carbonation. 32 litres pure r/o. Mash ph sucked 5.85. Had planned a 30 min boil but messed my volumes up so boiled 60 and came in under volume and over gravity.planned 2 trub dumps but forgot to allow air in on second on so it stirred up.
