Mash Steps

No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
Grain mill set up to 0.65" (I think this is why my mash efficiency was so poor)
2.
Heat 2.4 litres of water to 162 F
3.
Add Grains final mash should be 150F
4.
Mash out at 170F and keep stirring for 7 mins
5.
Remove grains and prepair for Sparging
6.
Heat 3.8 liters of water to 170F and sparge the mash
7.
Start boil and add hops as per recipe

Note a good brew...Has a wet cardboard after taste...Drinkable but not Great. This was my first ever home brew...Lots to learn.
