Special Instructions
1.Place grains bag in 3 gallons of water begin to heat and remove grain bag when temps reach 170
2.Add LME as it comes to a vigorous boil the add 1 oz centennial
3.after 45 min add 1 oz centennial and DME
4.after 55 min add 1 oz amarillo
5.pitch yeast and add water to 5 gallons
6.OG should be around 1.050 ferment 2-3 weeks temp 65-68
7.Transfer to secondary and dry hop with 1 oz amarillo condition for another 1-2 weeks.
