OG 1.058 FG 1.012First time using Brewgr to track this stuff. I use brew in a bag, two pot method. First time making a pale ale in a number of years. So many hops. Mashing with a little over 1.5 gallons of water. ~.25 of that is distilled and the rest is tap water treated with campden. Will "sparge" with about 1.8 gallons of water. ~25 of that is distilled and the rest is campden-treated tap water. Mashed in and the temp was reading right around 150F.
