Special Instructions
1.The Azacca and first Citra dry hop additions went in on day 4 and came out on day 7. The next Citra dry hop went in on 3 days before bottling. 17 days total of fermentation.
This came out ridiculously bitter. It's a strong bitter too. However, the more you drink it, the more the flavor opens up. You can start tasting the juiciness and citrusy flavor but then it gets bitter. Honestly, once you're used to the bitterness, it's not bad. That being said, that's not what I was going for with the recipe. I'm going to change it for Batch #2. I'll skip the 60 minute hop addition and go with more late additions. One bittering addition at 30 minutes will be more than enough.
