Notes:
Pretty tasty. The nose has quite a bit of citrusy flavors. The body was a bit on the thin side until I let it warm up to about 45 degrees. Once it warmed up, the full flavor profile came out. It was just perfectly bitter with a delicious caramel malty taste with a little bit of bitterness lingering on the finish. Definitely a good drinking beer. After the 2nd one, you realize that it's not a 5% beer but it's so tasty. I didn't use enough priming sugar as it didn't have a lot of carbonation. Not really much on the head retention either. Will definitely brew again.
